  • Exam requirements vary.

Many applicants can apply without a doctor visit or blood test. It depends on the carrier, the amount, age, and health.

  • When a benefit can start.

Some policies pay the full death benefit once coverage is in force. Any waiting period is explained before you apply.

  • The house stays theirs.

A death benefit can help with the mortgage and the debt you would leave behind.

A secure home. Money to live on. A legacy for the kids.

While you are living

Help at home if a serious illness takes you off the road.

Have a backup plan for your main income. A qualifying illness can take you off the road while the bills at home keep coming.

  • 2 in 3

    Live paycheck to paycheck

About two-thirds of consumers were living that way in late 2025.

  • 24%

    Nothing saved for an emergency

No cushion behind the paycheck. One missed check and the bills are still due.

  • Backup plan

For the income they count on

A living benefit can help with household bills if a qualifying illness stops the loads.

  • While you live

    Not only after you die

On an eligible policy, part of the life insurance may be paid during a qualifying terminal illness.

About Simon

A conversation with a real person.

Hi, I'm Simon. My goal is to help families create a legacy they can be proud of, protecting the people they love and building generational wealth.

When I'm not helping a family build a legacy, I'm outside with my dogs, on a trail, working on my own.

Questions people ask first

What if my income changes?

Discuss the premium and what lower payments could mean for charges, cash value, and lapse risk. The review should fit the way you earn.

What if I already have life insurance?

Bring the amount, the type, and any coverage from work. Review what is already in place before considering more.

Can cash value be used later?

If value is available, a loan or withdrawal may be one way to use it. Either one reduces cash value and the death benefit and can have tax consequences or increase lapse risk.

Does being unable to drive trigger a benefit?

Not by itself. A terminal-illness benefit requires the policy’s qualifying diagnosis and other conditions. It is not disability or unemployment coverage.

Will I need a medical exam?

Requirements vary by carrier, product, age, and health. Simon can explain the application process and when an approved policy would take effect.

What happens after I send my request?

If the office accepts it, you can choose a 15-minute weekday phone call. Booking is optional. A request is not an application.
